“Quadrise utilizes a unique (oil-in-water emulsion) technology to produce a highly combustible fuel “MSAR® (Multiphase Superfine Atomized Residue Fuel)” that is similar to heavy fuel oil. The fuel is derived from refinery heavy residues, where water and chemical additives replace the use of conventional high value diluents. MSAR® yields economic savings for the refinery and end-user, and is more environmentally friendly because of its enhanced combustion characteristics, leading to lower emissions of Particulate Matter (PM), CO and NOx.
