Harbin Electric Intl., Co Ltd (HEI)

HEI is a subsidiary and an international arm of Harbin Power Equipments Co., Ltd. (HPEC) that is specialized in the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and testing of power plant equipments. HEI provides EPC services for power plants, transmission and distribution lines. The other subsidiaries of HPEC such as Harbin Electrical Machinery, Harbin Boiler and Harbin Turbine received technical knowhow from international power giants like GE, ABB, Mitsubishi, Alstom and Westinghouse through their technical cooperation with them. Annual Generating Capacity of HPEC exceeds 30,000 MW.
