BGP Arabia Company Ltd is a Saudi – Chinese Joint Venture Company formed in association with Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting (BGP) - a subsidiary of “China National Petroleum Corporation” (CNPC), to provide a wide range of Geophysical services such as Seismic data acquisition, (2D, 3D - Land, marine & transition zones) processing, interpretation, & non seismic activities in the Kingdom.

Our Chinese Partner - BGP is the 3^rd largest geophysical Services Company in the world company having over 94 land seismic crews, 8 shallow water and transition zone crews, 7 VSP crews and 20 Non Seismic crews operating on 4 continents, in 19 countries.

In Saudi Arabia, BGP Arabia Co Ltd secured its first contract – a 2D Seismic Crew Contract with Saudi Aramco in April 2003 followed by a 2D Transition Zone Seismic Crew Contract in Dec 2003.

Now BGP Arabia with four large ongoing seismic crew contracts and one large 3D Seismic Crew contract secured recently is the largest Seismic Contractor with Saudi Aramco.

It completed two 2D Seismic crew contracts for Saudi Sino Gas Co (a consortium of inopec of China and Saudi Aramco for gas exploration) and one 2D seismic Crew contract for EniRepsa (a consortium of Eni of Italy, Repsol of Spain and Saudi Aramco for gas exploration) in 2005. It has an ongoing 2D Seismic crew contract with South Rub Al Khali Co Ltd (SRAK) carried out in the hostile Rub Al Khali region (empty quarter).

· 1999 – BGP Arabia Co Ltd formed in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

· Apr 2003 – Secured first 2D Seismic Crew Contract with Saudi Aramco

· Dec. 2003 – Secured the 2D Transition Zone Seismic Crew Contract with Saudi Aramco

· 3^rd / 4^th Quarter 2004 – Secured two 2D  Seismic Crew Contracts with SSG and one 2D Seismic Crew Contract with EniRepsa

· May 2005 – Secured a large 3D Sparse Seismic Crew Contract with Saudi Aramco

· July 2005 – Secured the 2D Seismic Crew Contract with SRAK.

· Apr 2006 – Secured one of the largest 3D Seismic Crew Contracts with Saudi Aramco.

• Oct 2006 – Secured the first 2D Marine Seismic Crew Contract (S-57) and a 2D Land Seismic Crew Contract with Saudi Aramco (S-54).
